The steps in this book break down an easy-to-understand process that anyone can follow to success in passive real estate investing. The book is written as a story so you can easily relate events to your life in a practical way. It wasn't easy to learn the lessons of becoming financially free, but it has been extremely rewarding. Growing up money was always a concern and I remember it being one of the most difficult topics in my family and for many of the other families growing up in the small city of Fall River, Massachusetts. When I understood that real estate was the key to wealth, I vowed that I would commit my life to figuring out how money and real estate worked so that one day I could share that knowledge with the people who would need it most. 

Doing the audio version of this book I decided to add a bonus chapter at the end of the book where I describe the fundamental parts in real estate investing that are necessary for investors new and old to get a handle on. I am looking forward to sharing my insights with you on this journey together!
